Done about an hour ago.. Read reviews and price charts for it. It is a HP Elitebook 8460p and it cost around 1500 Euros back in the day (2011/2012) *

Even now you can find it used for 200e. Brother paid 20e to Uusix for it. *

Okay. The machine has been delivered to him and he now knows how to use it. Brother usually only uses Firefox and VLC anyway. *

So far so good. I'm going to take some music to him sneakernet-style (in my PMP // which only has 2GB of space but that still allows around ten VBR V0 discs) *

There are actually 12 discs on my PMP at the moment. Scorpions and Jethro Tull both have 3 discs each. This thing also does FM Radio (which was the original reason to buy it) *

Visited today. Fixed the system clock and did various routines like resetting the router, updating system etc. basic troubleshoot stuff. Crisis averted. *
